What Is Considered an AC Emergency for Homeowners?

An AC emergency is any loss of cooling that risks comfort or health. If outdoor temperatures are above 90°F or there are older adults, young children, or pets inside, call right away. Other emergencies include no cooling, warm air only, refrigerant leaks, tripped breakers or blown fuses, or a failed compressor. Residential and commercial systems are covered, including central air, heat pumps, and ductless. We answer calls Monday–Sunday, 7:30 a.m.–10 p.m., with NATE‑certified techs and stocked parts.

  • Until help arrives: close/cover windows, use fans, and stay hydrated. <br/>
